TERMS of SALE

PRICING

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to pay the price indicated at the time of sale.

  • Price adjustments or refunds for subsequent price changes are not allowed.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All sales are on a cash, credit card, or approved payment method basis unless otherwise arranged.

  • Full payment is required before the release of goods.

  • Citi Bolt Group reserves the right to verify payment authenticity prior to releasing any items.

 

PICK-UP

  • Customers must present the original invoice or store receipt upon claiming purchased items.

  • For representative pickup, an authorization letter and a photocopy of a valid government-issued ID are required.

 

DELIVERY

  • Selling prices do not include delivery charges.

  • Delivery fees shall be based on the company’s official delivery charge matrix.

  • Citi Bolt Group may refuse, cancel, or delay deliveries in cases of force majeure, unforeseen events, or labor-related disruptions.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed delivery due to customer error may incur additional fees.

 

STORAGE

  • Purchased items include complimentary storage for three (3) days.

  • A storage fee equivalent to 1% of the total receipt value will be charged per day beyond the free storage period.

  • Items unclaimed for sixty (60) days from the receipt date will be considered abandoned and disposed of in favour of Citi Bolt Group.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

  • Refer to our returns policy here.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Citi Bolt Group is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchased items.

  • Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products, if applicable, under the warranty terms.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS​

  • By completing an in-store purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
